A team of organisational psychologists.
A platform built on the science.
We are Honne. A consultancy built around some of the UK's most experienced organisational and occupational psychologists. Our work spans NHS trusts, financial services firms, infrastructure organisations, and professional services - sectors where the conditions of work have direct consequences for performance, safety, and people.
Over years of client work, we saw the same gap repeatedly: organisations with rich data and no way to interpret it. Leadership teams who knew something systemic needed addressing but couldn't diagnose it. HR leaders who had the right instincts but not the evidence to act on them at board level. Honne Insight is what we built to close that gap.
Understanding What Drives Performance
The organisations we work with are already investing in systems, people, in culture, in leadership.
What most of them are missing is not commitment, it's clarity. An evidence-based picture of the factors shaping how their people work, what is creating performance risk, and where to act to improve outcomes.
Organisations need more than lagging indicators and good intentions. They need intelligence they can act on.
The science of how work conditions affect performance and wellbeing is well established. Acting on it, systematically, hasn't been.
What has been missing is a practical, scalable way to assess these conditions in real organisations, connect them to performance data, and translate findings into action.
That is what Honne Insight does.
Our framework maps forty-plus evidence-based psychosocial factors against the major regulatory and professional standards (ISO 45003, CSRD, the HSE Management Standards, and others) and connects them to the levers organisations can actually change. It is not a compliance checklist. It is a diagnostic tool, designed to produce both the regulatory evidence boards need and the operational action plans leaders can use.
Our Team
Jill Williams
Organisational Psychologist,
honne co-founder
Jill is an organisational psychologist and executive coach who works with organisations, teams, and individual leaders to unlock meaningful, sustainable change. With a strong focus on psychological wellbeing and systemic awareness, Jill helps clients create healthier workplace cultures, more connected and effective teams, and leadership that’s confident, adaptive, and ready.
Our psychologists combines academic grounding with years of practical client work. This allows us to interpret data in context, facilitate difficult conversations at leadership level, and design interventions that produce measurable change.
Every Honne Insight engagement is led and interpreted by our practitioners, with the platform amplifying their expertise rather than replacing it. That is the difference between data and insight.
